Students who have been chosen to attend TRISEP 2022
requiring accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been set aside for students accepted to attend TRISEP 2022 in person.
These rooms are located in the Walter Gage Residences at 5959 Student Union Blvd, Vancouver, BC V6T 1K2, on the UBC campus.
Each room consists of a private bedroom within a POD:

A POD shares: 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room.
Laundry facilities are available in the building.
Check in Sunday July 3 - Check out Friday July 15
Check in time is 3:00pm.
When registering for TRISEP attendees are asked for their accommodation choice.
Application is a 2-step process. Applying is free, applications will be evaluated starting on April 29, and successful applicants will be notified shortly after. Successful applicants will be asked to re-visit the registration site to update their accommodation choice and pay their registration.
If you have been accepted to TRISEP2022, and you have chosen Shared Accommodations - pair me up and you have provided the name of a person you wish to be paired with, this person will need to have been accepted to TRISEP 2022.
Room bookings will be made and paid for through the registration system after acceptance to TRISEP2022.
