Please note:  We will provide each exhibitor with one (1) skirted 6 foot table and 2 chairs. 

Due to space limitations in the foyer there will be no exhibitor booths.

Exhibitors may set up AFTER 13:00 on Sunday, August 21.

The exhibition will take place in the top floor of the WCC Monday, August 22 to Friday, August 26, 2022.  

 


Posters, Exhibitors, Lunch and coffee breaks will be in the upper level.

Set-Up and tear down: 

  • Set-up is scheduled for 12:00-16:00 Sunday August 21.   

  • Tear-down will be Friday, August 26 

  • Exhibitors are asked to remove their belongings before noon, Friday, August 26

Company trademarks and logos and advertising material: 

All exhibitors and sponsors are required to send a high-res electronic version of their logo/trademarks for inclusion in the conference program, web page and signage where required.  

All booths are provided with:

  • One (1) 6 foot skirted table and 2 chairs (includes electricity and WiFi). 

What is NOT Provided: 

The following are not provided with the booth registration: 

  • Computer equipment, power cords, additional power 

  • Secure storage area 

  • Shipping and material handling charges to or from the show floor

  • Storage facilities for boxes, collateral or promotional items 

Company representatives should contact WTTC18 LOC staff at  wttc18@triumf.ca if they require additional service. 

We have engaged the services of Levy Show Services.  Please contact Jana at wttc18@triumf.ca if you will be bringing materials to WTTC from outside of Canada and require brokerage assistance.  Jana will connect you with the show company.

Security: 

Limited security will be provided for the Exhibit Hall during the duration of the conference. We strongly recommend that you do NOT leave items of value in the booth or leave your booth unattended during show hours. The WCC will be locked after the sessions are closed for the evening. 

Exhibitor Guidelines: 

  • Arrive on time for show hours 

  • Provide a minimum of one person to staff the station at all times during exhibit hall hours – (note: Platinum includes three (3) full-delegate, transferrable registrations and Gold sponsorships include two (2) full-delegate, transferrable registrations).   

  • Additional company representatives must register as Extra Exhibitors at https://wttc18.triumf.ca/registration.html. 

  • Supply literature and promotional giveaways – we expect over 150 attendees at the conference – plan accordingly. 

  • Booth labels will be produced by WTTC2022 – all other banners and promotional displays will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. 

  • Exhibitor assumes responsibility for booking and paying for air travel, accommodation and expenses  

  • Exhibitor assumes responsibility for any personal or company-specific items throughout the show 

  • Exhibitor will be financially accountable for all materials handling and drayage charges
